FSM: 2nd Breakout over 4

Still really like this setup.  Longer term players can keep stop under lows.  One could also add to your position over 4.  Updated the chart with the first target in pink.

 

 

Still near support with a breakout in progress.  Aggressive traders could still go long with a stop under the lows.  Short term target would be the highs from June.
