Dividend Income Update June 2014

Written by MrStockFox. Posted in Dividends

dividendsAnother month has passed and its now time to update what I made in dividend income.  June was another very successful month on my way to becoming financially independent.

In June, I took in $112.94, which was more than double the income I received in April.  This month I also broke my goal of the $100 a month and did it a month early.

A couple months back, I updated my 2014 goals. Since I hit $20,000 in Dividend Growth Equities so quickly, I decided to up my goal to $50,000.  I am currently floating around $30,000 this month.  This is one goal that is going to be very hard to hit but believe I could come very close with my current savings rate.

Overall, I am very excited each month to see those dividends keep rolling in.

In May, I took in $78.75, which is almost double the income I received in March.  I am very close to breaking the $100 a month barrier and believe I should have that completed by July.
