Do I have to sign up again to keep my account from becoming inactive?

TheStockFox.com uses Paypal.com Subscriptions, which has an auto-renew program. We automatically re-bill your credit card for a subscription equal to the one you currently have. You are re-billed on the last day of your membership in order to ensure you do not have a loss in coverage.

How do I cancel my membership?

Since Paypal acts as our credit card processor, you will need to log into your paypal account and cancel the subscription.

How do I edit my credit card information?

Since we do not store any credit card information on our server, you must log into your paypal account to edit your credit card information.

How do I edit my member profile?

After logging into the website you will be directed to the Members Home page. Now select Account Details to edit your profile.

What is your refund policy?

GDX Automated Swing System Subscription

We are offering a money back guarentee with the purchase of a yearly membership. On your 1 year anniversary, if the GDX System has not shown a positive gain from your original sign up date, we will refund your money. Thats right! We will refund 100% of the cost of the GDX System Subscription minus any credit card fees we might have been charged. Subscribers must contact us within 14 calendar days after your annual anniversary date to let us know that you would like to receive a refund due to a negative performance in the GDX system. The results will be calculated based upon the "current" system and not the personal performance of our subscribers. Also, he date used to calculate the peformance will be the subscribers orginal sign up date, even if a trade is already in progress when the user signs up. Refunds will be issued by check and will only be made out to the original subscribers name. We have up to 60 calendar days to process the refund. This guarantee only applies to our subscribers first "yearly" membership into the system. This guarantee does not apply to 6 month and 3 month memberships.

Why is sales tax charged?

Kikadoo LLC is a corporation of the Great State of Texas. Unfortunately, any resident of the state of Texas must be charged sales tax.
